Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms & Overview

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("Client", "you", or "your"), and AWebLife LLC ("AWebLife", "we", "us", or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the AWebLife website (aweblife.com), subscriber portals, and our fully managed website design, hosting, domain management, and automated lead capture services (collectively, the "Services").

By subscribing to an AWebLife plan, authorizing payment, or accessing your client dashboard, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these Terms. If you do not agree with all of these terms, you are expressly prohibited from using the Services.

2. Managed Subscription Plans & Inclusions

AWebLife provides managed turn-key websites engineered specifically for local trade contractors (including roofing, tree service, landscaping, HVAC, and pool care). Depending on your chosen tier:

  • Standard Website Plan ($79/month): Includes bespoke multi-page contractor website, cloud static hosting, SSL encryption, continuous uptime monitoring, automated lead routing to your primary email address, standard .com domain registration or connection, and up to 30 minutes of monthly content updates upon request.
  • Growth Website Plan ($129/month): Includes everything in Standard plus expanded localized service area landing pages, enhanced schema markup for search engines and AI assistants (AEO & LLMO), priority support, and multi-channel lead routing.
No Hidden Setup Fees: Unless an explicit one-time turnkey launch fee is quoted in writing during custom onboarding, our month-to-month plans carry zero setup fees, zero server maintenance surcharges, and zero bandwidth overage costs.

3. Month-to-Month Flexibility & Cancellation Policy

We believe in earning your business every single month through superior performance and reliable leads. Therefore:

  • Zero Long-Term Lock-In: All standard subscriptions operate on a flexible month-to-month basis.
  • How to Cancel: You may cancel your subscription at any time directly through the Client Portal or by sending written notice to support@aweblife.com at least seven (7) days prior to your next scheduled billing date.
  • Post-Cancellation Period: Upon timely notice of cancellation, your website and lead routing services remain fully operational through the remainder of your current prepaid billing cycle. At the end of the paid period, active cloud hosting and lead routing are safely retired.
  • 60-Day Archive Retention: We will keep your website configuration and assets safely archived for sixty (60) days following cancellation in case you want to turn your site back on in the future or request a buyout export, after which they will be permanently deleted.

4. Day-One Asset Ownership & Domain Rights

You are the rightful owner of your business identity and customer relationships:

  • Your Business Assets (100% Yours Day One): You retain full and exclusive ownership of your business name, logos, trade marks, uploaded photography, written customer reviews, and all homeowner leads generated through your website. AWebLife claims no ownership interest in your customer leads.
  • Existing Domains: If you connect an existing domain name that you purchased independently, you retain 100% ownership and control over that domain at all times. Upon cancellation, we simply release our DNS records.
  • AWebLife-Managed Domains: If we register and purchase a new domain on your behalf:
    • After 6+ Months of Active Service: We will unlock, prepare EPP authorization codes, and transfer the domain to your own registrar account at zero cost upon request.
    • Within the First 6 Months: If you cancel within the first 6 months and wish to retain the domain name purchased on your behalf, a flat $50 domain transfer and registration recovery fee applies.

5. Website Buyout & Code Export Policy

Because we waive the traditional upfront $2,500+ agency design fee in exchange for an affordable monthly subscription, the underlying software codebase, component templates, and styling frameworks are provided as a managed leased service.

However, if you ever cancel your subscription and wish to take a complete, standalone copy of your website files to self-host elsewhere, you may do so under our transparent Buyout Policy:

  • Cancellation Before 12 Months: You may purchase a complete, standalone `.zip` archive containing your website's static HTML, CSS stylesheets, and optimized media assets for an Early Buyout Fee of $599.
  • Cancellation After 12+ Months: After twelve consecutive months of active subscription service, the buyout fee is completely waived; you may request the complete standalone archive for a flat packaging and export handling fee of $99.

Note: Standalone exported files are self-contained static assets ready for any web server (Apache, Nginx, Netlify, Cloudflare). Managed lead notification servers and portal accounts are proprietary features reserved for active subscribers.

6. Accuracy of Contractor Information & Licensing

You represent and warrant that all business claims, trade licenses, certifications, insurance coverage, bonding notices, warranties, and service pricing you request AWebLife to display on your website are truthful, accurate, and kept up-to-date in compliance with your local and state licensing boards. AWebLife is not responsible for validating trade compliance or verifying contractor licenses.

7. Billing, Stripe Payments & Taxes

Subscription billing is processed automatically via our secure payment partner, Stripe. By enrolling, you authorize recurring monthly charges to your selected payment method until cancellation. If a scheduled payment fails, our automated system will retry the charge and notify your billing email. Services may be temporarily suspended if an invoice remains unpaid after grace notices.

8. Service Availability & Limitation of Liability

AWebLife utilizes world-class global Content Delivery Networks (CDNs) and distributed cloud infrastructure to provide sub-second load times and high uptime. However, services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. AWebLife shall not be held liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from internet outages, telecommunications disruptions, third-party email routing failures, or search engine algorithm updates.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and your use of the Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
